April 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) has signed a 25.1 million levs ($13.9 million/12.8 million euro) contract for the maintenance of parts of the road network in the region of Burgas,in the southeast of the country, with a local tie-up, it said.
The deal was signed on March 30, the road agency said in a notice on Monday.
According to registry agency data, the tie-up includes companies Patstroy Burgas (with a 25% stake), SET Company (13%), Burgaspatstroy (20%), the Bulgarian unit of Austria's Strabag (25%) and Infra Expert (17%).
Under the terms of the contract, the tie-up is responsible for works on four road sections with a total length of 3.06 kilometres.
The public procurement procedure for awarding the contract has attracted two offers. Price carried 60% in the overall ranking of the offers.
