June 19 (SeeNews) - Flag carrier Bulgaria Air said that it has extended the suspension of its flights to Tel Aviv to July 1, due to the coronavirus-related temporary restrictions imposed by the local authorities.
Last month, Bulgaria Air said that it will restore its Tel Aviv flights on June 13.
Flights to and from Lisbon in Portugal remain suspended until August 20, while the service to Moscow is suspended until further notice by the Russian authorities, the company said in a statement earlier this week.
The carrier increased the frequency of its flights from the capital Sofia to Varna, on the Black Sea coast, to three per day as of June 11.
Last week, Bulgaria Air said that it will start flights on its summer route connecting the Sofia to the coastal city of Burgas on June 29.
Bulgaria Air continues to operate flights to the majority of its direct destinations at temporarily reduced frequencies, it said.
