January 16 (SeeNews) - Romanian stock indices ended mostly in the green on Monday amid lower turnover, bourse data indicated.
The total equity turnover of the BVB fell to 18.06 million lei ($4.2 million/4 million euro) from 39.5 million lei on Friday.
In regular trading, blue-chip investment fund Fondul Proprietatea [BSE:FP] fell 0.12% to 0.8330 lei in Monday's largest turnover of 8.34 million lei.
Blue-chip lender Banca Transilvania [BSE: TLV] lost 0.22% to 2.26 lei in the day's second largest turnover of 6.39 million lei.
Romanian cables and electric conductors manufacturer Romcab [BSE: MCAB] fell 4.85% to 6.28 lei in the day's third-largest turnover of 346,586 lei.
