October 24 (SeeNews) - British Romanian Investment Partnership (BRIP) company, part of UK investment fund ARDC, said on Monday it will invest 10 million euro ($11.9 million) in its second residential project in Bucharest.
The compound, New Residence Bucharest, will be based in the Romanian capital city's District 6 and will comprise 216 apartments.
The residential complex will also have a private park, social club, parking space, 14 stores, one supermarket, a gym, an after-school facility, a pharmacy and children playgrounds.
The first stage of the project will be finalized in December and the entire project is scheduled to be delivered in the spring of 2017.
This is BRIP's second investment in Romania, following a residential project in Magurele, near Bucharest, which was finalized last year.
