March 14 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Ziraat Bank BH [SAJ:TRZBR], a unit of Turkey’s Ziraat Bankasi, said on Tuesday it plans to raise its share capital by 20 million marka ($11 million/10.2 million euro) by issuing new shares in a private placement.
Ziraat Bank BH will issue a total of 2,000 new shares with a nominal value of 10,000 marka each, it said in a bourse filing.
The lender's parent company will buy all of the newly issued shares.
The proposal was approved at an extraordinary shareholders meeting held on March 6.
The bank's current share capital totals 240 million marka distributed in 24,000 shares.
