June 28 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Zenica municipality has invited local and foreign investors to submit their letters of intent for the purchase of two land plots designated for a holiday resort in Croatia's coastal town of Duce for a minimum of 4.6 million euro ($5.2 million).
The two land plots in Duce - one above a regional road and the other on the coast - cover a total area of 11,788 sq m, it said in a notice on its website.

According to the spatial planning documents of the municipality of Dugi Rat within which Duce is located, the site is part of a tourism zone where a hotel resort is planned.
The deadline for the submission of bids is August 28.
Zenica is the fourth-largest city in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the capital of the Zenica-Doboj Canton which is located within the country's entity, the Federation. The other entity is the Serb Republic.
