SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), September 12 (SeeNews) – Bosnian coffee packaging firm Vispak [SAJ:VSPK] is selling a minority stake in local investment fund ZIF BIG Investiciona Grupa [SAJ:BIGF] at an auction on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) scheduled for Tuesday, bourse data indicated.
A total of 568,000 shares will be put up for sale at a price of 6.60 marka ($4.03/3.37 euro) apiece, AW Broker, which is intermediating the transaction, said in a filing with the SASE on Monday.

ZIF BIG Investiciona Grupa has a total of 10,658,236 shares floated on the SASE, according to bourse data. The largest shareholder is the Bosnian unit of Russian lender Sberbank, which controls a 18.1% stake.
The net loss of ZIF BIG Investiciona Grupa widened to 8 million marka in the first half of 2017 from 1.2 million marka in the like period of last year.
