January 18 (SeeNews) - Bosnian food company Vispak [SAJ:VSPK] said on Wednesday its shareholders approved a proposal to distribute a dividend of 19.7 marka ($10.9/10.1 euro) per share.
Vispak will distribute as dividend a total of 30 million marka out of its undistributed profits, it said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE).
The company will pay the dividend within 12 months from the date of receiving the required documentation by shareholders proving that they owned Vispak shares on January 16, the day the decision for dividend payment was taken.
Vispak's net profit dropped 19% on the year to 6.5 million marka in 2021, according to its most recent annual financial statement. Its shares last traded on the SASE on December 29, when they closed flat at 10.04 marka.
Vispak’s product portfolio comprises coffee, chocolate, cream, instant soups and seasonings.
