February 9 (SeeNews) - UNIQA Osiguranje [SAJ:ARMBRK2], the Bosnian unit of Austrian insurer UNIQA, has appointed Eldar Dudo its new director, it said.
Dudo is replacing Senad Olevic, who has been at the position for over 20 years, UNIQA Osiguranje said in a press release earlier this week.
Olevic will now assume a position of a member of the supervisory board of the company.
UNIQA Osiguranje booked 74.4 million marka ($40.9 million/38 million euro) in gross written premiums (GWPs) in 2022, according to figures posted by the Federation’s insurance supervision agency.
The company's shares have not traded on the Sarajevo stock exchange in the past year.
The Federation is one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
