SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), November 21 (SeeNews) – The unit of the UniCredit banking group based in Bosnia's Federation entity said it will distribute a dividend of 310.95 marka ($186.6/159 euro) per ordinary share from November 28, down from last year's payout of 755 marka.
UniCredit Bank Mostar will also pay a dividend of 372.80 marka per preference share, down from 1,146.40 marka it distributed last year, it said in a filing with the Sarajevo bourse on Monday.
The bank has a total of 118,935 ordinary shares and 179 cumulative preference shares. Its shareholders approved a proposal on Monday to distribute dividend by tapping retained profits generated in previous years.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic, where the UniCredit Group also has a unit, Uncredit Bank Banja Luka
