SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), November 20 (SeeNews) – Bosnia's UniCredit Bank, part of Italy's UniCredit banking group, said on Wednesday it will pay a dividend of 408.05 marka ($230.7/208.6 euro) per share for 2019 from retained earnings.
The dividend will be distributed to all shareholders on record as of November 20, the bank said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE).
For 2018, UniCredit Bank Mostar paid a dividend of 568.70 marka per ordinary share and 375.80 marka per cumulative preference share.
The shareholders approved the 2018 profit distribution at their meeting on Wednesday.
The bank's share capital is divided in 118,935 ordinary shares and 179 cumulative preference shares.
UniCredit Bank Mostar is based in the Federation, one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic, where UniCredit Group also has a unit, UniCredit Bank Banja Luka.
