April 21 (SeeNews) - Passenger numbers at Bosnia's Tuzla International Airport increased to 22,793 in March, from 11,650 in the same month last year, according to data issued by the airport operator.
On a monthly comparison basis, passenger numbers at Tuzla airport rose 55.6% in March, figures posted on the website of the airport show.
In the first three months of the year, Tuzla airport served 58,703 passengers, up from 32,471 in the same period a year earlier.
In 2021, passenger numbers at Tuzla airport totalled 299,031, up from 228,603 in 2020.
Tuzla airport is one of Bosnia's three international airports. The others are situated in Sarajevo and Banja Luka.
