June 19 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Trnovo municipality has signed a 3.7 million marka ($2.1 million/1.9 million euro) deal with a consortium of local companies for the construction of infrastructure for a future business and sports centre in Bjelašnica mountain, local media reported on Wednesday.
The consortium consisting of diversified company Almy Transport and Dolovi Sokolac will build an access road with a parking lot, a water supply system and a sewage network for the centre, business news portal eKapija.ba reported.
The consortium faces a 24-month deadline to complete the construction works.
The Trnovo business and sports centre will feature open-air sports fields, a sports hall and a hotel. It will spread on an area of 11.21 hectares at an altitude of some 1,300 metres above sea level.
Local media reported earlier that the value of the entire project will reach 20 million marka.
