September 1 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Triglav Osiguranje Sarajevo [SAJ:BHOSPK2], part of Slovenia's insurance group Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG], has taken over its sister company Triglav Osiguranje Banja Luka [BANJ:KKOS-R-A], Banja Luka bourse data showed.
Triglav Osiguranje Sarajevo is now the sole owner of Triglav Osiguranje Banja Luka, Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) data showed on Thursday.

According to earlier bourse data, all 4,667 shares of Triglav Osiguranje Banja Luka traded in a 5.87 million marka ($3.26 million/3 million euro) block transaction which took place on August 28. The shares changed hands at 1,257 marka each in the block deal.
Triglav Osiguranje Banja Luka's equity capital amounts to 9,334,000 marka, divided into 4,667 shares of 2,000 marka in par value each.
