July 27 (SeeNews) - Bosnian insurer Triglav Osiguranje [SAJ:BHOSR] said on Wednesday it has raised 1,955,800 marka ($1.01 million/1 million euro) in a capital increase backed by its owner, Slovenia's Triglav Group.
Triglav Osiguranje placed 889 new ordinary shares with the parent company at a price of 2,200 marka each, the Bosnian insurer said in a bourse filing.
Following the transaction, Triglav Osiguranje's equity capital amounts to 9,334,000 marka, divided into 4,667 shares of 2,000 marka in par value each.
Triglav Osiguranje's shares did not trade on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) in the past year.
