SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), August 23 (SeeNews) – Bosnian tobacco company Fabrika Duhana Sarajevo [SAJ:FDSSR] said on Thursday its net loss expanded to 6.5 million marka ($3.8 million/3.3 million euro) in the first half of 2018, from a slim loss of 620,700 marka in the like period of last year.
Operating income fell 8.7% year-on-year to 10.6 million marka in January-June, while operating costs decreased 10.0% to 12.4 million marka, Fabrika Duhana Sarajevo said in a statement.
The company operates in Bosnia’s Federation, one of the two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other is the Serb Republic.
