December 7 (SeeNews) - Bosnia’s Telekom Srpske [BANJ:TLKM-R-A] said it will distribute an interim dividend of 0.05174020 marka ($0.031/0.026 euro) per share.
This compares with an interim dividend payout of 0.06353492 marka per share in 2016.
The company will distribute a total of 25.4 million marka as interim dividend, it said in a filing to the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
Telekom Srpske's shareholders have approved the proposed interim dividend payout on December 6.
Telekom Srpske is the second-largest telecommunications company in Bosnia. It is majority-owned by Serbian state-controlled Telekom Srbija and has its clients mainly in Bosnia’s Serb Republic entity, which forms Bosnia together with the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Bosnia, a country of some 3.5 million, has two more telecommunications companies, both state-controlled, which operate in the Federation: HT Mostar and BH Telecom.
