September 21 (SeeNews) - Bosnia’s Telekom Srpske [BANJ:TLKM-R-A] appointed Dejan Jokic new executive director for finance, it said on Tuesday.
Jokic will replace Jasmina Lopicic, who has resigned from the position, Telekom Srpske said in a bourse filing.
The finance director has a three-year term of office.
Earlier this month, Telekom Srpske appointed Jelena Trivan its new CEO. She replaced Marko Lopicic, who had held the position since June 2016.
Telekom Srpske's shares closed flat at 1.14 marka ($0.68/0.58 euro) on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
Telekom Srpske, majority-owned by Serbian state-controlled Telekom Srbija, has customers mainly in the Serb Republic, one of Bosnia's two constituent entities. The other entity is the Federation.
