January 5 (SeeNews) - Bosnian engineering services provider Struktura Jajce said on Wednesday it intends to submit a buyout offer for the shares it does not already own in local asphalt contractor Rudnici Gipsa, after acquiring a majority stake in the target company last month.
Struktura will launch an offer for the remaining 48.06% in Rudnici Gipsa, it said in a bourse filing, without disclosing further details.

Struktura purchased 23,411 shares, representing a 51.94% stake in Rudnici Gipsa, at a price of 10 marka ($5.8/5.1 euro) per share between December 23 and December 29, according to a separate filing by SEE Investment Solutions, which brokered the transaction.
