SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), August 6 (SeeNews) – Bosnia’s Sparkasse Bank [SAJ:ABSB], a unit of Austrian group Steiermaerkische Sparkasse, said its net profit fell to 735,000 marka ($445,000/376,000 euro) in the first half of 2020, from 15 million marka a year earlier.
The bank's net interest income decreased by 3.5% year-on-year to 21.5 million marka in the first six months, while the net income from fees and commissions dropped 9.2% to 10.5 million marka, Sparkasse Bank said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) earlier this week.
