October 22 (SeeNews) - The average net monthly wage in Bosnia's Serb Republic increased by a real 8.1% year-on-year in September, reaching 965 marka ($584/493 euro), the entity's statistical office said on Thursday.
On a monthly comparison basis, the net wage edged up by 0.2% in real terms in September, the Serb Republic's Institute of Statistics said in a statement.
In nominal terms, the net monthly pay in September rose by an annual 6.2% and by a monthly 0.3%.
The average gross monthly salary in the Serb Republic amounted to 1,498 marka in September.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
