August 22 (SeeNews) - The average net monthly salary in Bosnia's Serb Republic increased by a real 7.1% year-on-year in July, reaching 912 marka ($516/466 euro), the entity's statistical office said on Thursday.
On a monthly comparison basis, the net salary in the Serb Republic increased by 0.7% in real terms in July, after growing by 1.4% a month earlier, the Serb Republic's Institute of Statistics said in a monthly report.
In nominal terms, July's net monthly pay was 7.5% higher year-on-year and 0.2% higher month-on-month.
The average gross monthly salary in the Serb Republic amounted to 1,417 marka in July.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
