June 24 (SeeNews) - The average net monthly salary in Bosnia's Serb Republic increased by a real 6% year-on-year to 903 marka ($526.0/461.7 euro) in May, the entity's statistical office said on Monday.
On a monthly comparison basis, the net salary in the Serb Republic increased by 0.6% in real terms in May, after growing 2.1% a month earlier, the Serb Republic's Institute of Statistics said in a monthly report.
In nominal terms, May's net monthly pay was up 6.6% year-on-year and 0.7% higher month-on-month.
The average gross monthly salary in the Serb Republic amounted to 1,401 marka in May.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
