May 22 (SeeNews) - The average net monthly salary in Bosnia's Serb Republic increased by a real 6% year-on-year to 896 marka ($511.7/458.1 euro) in April, the entity's statistical office said.
On a monthly comparison basis, the net salary in the Serb Republic increased by 2.1% in real terms in April, after decreasing 1.3% a month earlier, the Serb Republic's Institute of Statistics said in a monthly report.
In nominal terms, April's net monthly pay was up 6.7% year-on-year and up 1.1% month-on-month.
The average gross monthly salary in the Serb Republic amounted to 1,392 marka in April.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
