November 8 (SeeNews) - The industrial sales of Bosnia's Serb Republic rose by 30% in September, after surging 48% year-on-year in August, the entity's statistical office said.
Industrial sales abroad increased by 28% on an annual comparison basis in September, while sales on the domestic market gained 32%, the statistical office of the Serb Republic said in a statement last week.
Sales of intermediate goods went up by 32%, sales of capital goods rose by 10%, sales of nondurable consumer goods increased 3.7% and sales of durable consumer goods increased by 2.5%.
On a monthly comparison basis, the Serb Republic's industrial sales fell 5.2% in September, after an increase of 12% in August.
The entity's industrial sales shrank by 7.2% in 2020.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
