January 30 (SeeNews) - The industrial sales of Bosnia's Serb Republic adjusted for working days fell 6.2% year-on-year in 2019, the entity's statistical office said on Thursday.
In December alone, the Serb Republic's working-day adjusted industrial sales decreased by 5.8% year-on-year, the statistical office said in a statement.
Industrial sales abroad fell 17.5% on the year in December, while sales on the domestic market grew 3%.
Sales of intermediate goods fell 1.8% on the year in December, while sales of non-durable consumer goods rose 3.9%. Sales of durable goods increased 1.6%.
Sales of capital goods gained 26.1% year-on-year in December, while sales of energy plummeted 88.8%.
On a monthly comparison basis, the Serb Republic's seasonally adjusted industrial sales fell 2.9% in December.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
