June 1 (SeeNews) - The gross domestic product (GDP) of Bosnia's Serb Republic rose in real terms by 0.9% year-on-year in the first quarter of this year, following a revised 1.8% annual growth in the previous quarter and an increase of 4.5% in the first quarter of 2022, the entity's statistical office said.
In seasonally-adjusted terms, GDP increased by 0.1% on a quarterly comparison basis in January-March, after adding 0.2% in the fourth quarter of last year and 0.5% in the first quarter of 2022, the Serb Republic's statistical office said in a statement on Wednesday.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
