December 9 (SeeNews) - The tax administration of Bosnia's Serb Republic said on Monday it has collected 2.3 billion marka ($1.3 billion/1.2 billion euro) in taxes in the first eleven months of 2019, up 2% year-on-year.
Revenue from direct taxes fell 5% on the year to 437.2 million marka in January-November, the entity's tax office said in a statement.
Revenue from contributions rose 4% to 1.4 billion marka in the period under review on the back of higher contributions to the state-run pension and health insurance funds.
The Serb Republic is one of two entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
