September 27 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's supermarket chain Robot General Trading Co said it has launched a buyout offer for local Banja Kiseljak, which operates the Dalmacija hotel.
Robot is offering 7.75 marka ($4.2/4 euro) per share in the offer targetting 39,007 shares in Banja Kiseljak, equal to a 12.9105% stake, the investor said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The buyout offer is valid for 28 days from the announcement date.
Robot became obliged to launch a buyout bid for Banja Kiseljak after acquiring 263,126 shares, equal to a 87.0895% stake in the hotel operator, Robot said in an earlier filing.
Banja Kiseljak's capital totalls 4.68 million marka, divided into 302,133 shares with a par value of 15.50 marka each.
The Dalmacija hotel was privatised in 2000, but it has been at the centre of several court cases since the municipality of Kiseljak requested cancellation of part of the privatisation procedure in 2006, according to local media reports.
