December 14 (SeeNews) - A minority stake in Bosnia's Rafinerija Ulja Modrica [BANJJ:RFUM-R-A] traded in a 1.5 million marka ($867,500/766,900 euro) block transaction on the stock exchange in Banja Luka, bourse data showed on Tuesday.
A total of 6,559,610 shares changed hands at 0.2277 marka apiece in one transaction, the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) said in a notice.

Rafinerija Ulja's share capital is divided into 203,487,123 shares, each with a par value of 1 marka.
According to BLSE data, Russia's oil and gas company Neftegazinkor was the majority shareholder in Rafinerija Ulja with a 75.7% stake as of December 9.
