May 18 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microloan provider Pro Fin intends to issue 1.6 million marka ($882,598/818,067 euro) worth of fixed-rate three-year notes, its sixth issue so far, it said on Thursday.
The new financing round is aimed at strengthening the loan portfolio and the issuer's position in the market of micro lending and financial services, as well as meeting the needs of large clients, Pro Fin said in a bourse filing.
The company will offer to investors 16,000 notes at a price of 100 marka each. The debt paper will bear annual interest of 7.50%, with interest payments due monthly.
The company issued 1 million marka worth of three-year notes at 7.50% annual interest in February.
Pro Fin, established in 2017, offers microloans to entrepreneurs and small companies.
