SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), October 20 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microlender Pro Fin said on Wednesday it is inviting investors to subscribe for its new issue of fixed-rate three-year notes planned in the amount of up to 1.8 million marka ($1.1 million/920,000 euro).

The company is offering to investors 18,000 securities of 100 marka in par value each, it said in a bourse filing.

The debt paper carries an annual interest rate of 7.50%, with interest payments to be made monthly.

The offering will be available for subscription for a period of 21 days starting October 28. The note issuance will be considered successful if at least 60% of the offering is subscribed for.

Pro Fin issued 1.6 million marka worth of fixed-rate three-year notes, in line with its target, in June. The securities carry an annual interest rate of 8%.

Pro Fin, established in 2017, offers microloans to entrepreneurs and small companies.
