April 8 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microlender Pro Fin said on Friday it is inviting investors to subscribe for its new issue of fixed-rate three-year notes planned in the amount of up to 2 million marka ($1.1 million/1 million euro).
The company is offering to investors 20,000 securities of 100 marka in par value each, it said in a bourse filing.
The debt paper carries an annual interest rate of 7.50%, with interest payments to be made monthly.
The offering will be available for subscription for a period of 15 days starting April 19. The note issuance will be considered successful if at least 60% of the offering is subscribed for.
Pro Fin issued securities worth 1.8 million marka with a 7.50% annual interest rate in November after issuing 1.6 million marka worth of notes bearing interest rate of 8% in June. Both issues have term to maturity of three years.
Pro Fin, established in 2017, offers microloans to entrepreneurs and small companies.
