March 1 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microloan provider Pro Fin said on Wednesday that its 1 million marka ($544,578/511,292 euro) three-year corporate note issue was admitted to trading on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
A total of 10,000 notes with a par value of 100 marka each will start trading on the BLSE on March 3, Pro Fin said in a statement.
The debt paper bears annual interest of 7.50%, with interest payments due monthly.
Previously, Pro Fin issued 1.6 million marka worth of fixed-rate three-year notes at 7.50% annual interest in November. The issue traded on the Banja Luka bourse from November 14 until February 21.
Pro Fin, established in 2017, offers microloans to individual entrepreneurs and small companies.
