May 17 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microloan provider Pro Fin said on Tuesday that its 1.35 million marka ($726,300/690,200 euro) three-year corporate note issue was admitted to trading on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
A total of 13,505 notes with a par value of 100 marka each will start trading on the BLSE on May 19, Pro Fin said in a statement.
The debt paper bears an annual interest rate of 7.50%, with interest payments to be made monthly.
Two three-year corporate note issues of Pro Fin are already listed on the BLSE. The company issued securities worth 1.8 million marka at 7.50% interest rate in November 2021 after issuing 1.6 million marka worth of notes bearing interest rate of 8% in June.
Pro Fin, established in 2017, offers microloans to individual entrepreneurs and small companies.
