May 11 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microloan provider Pro Fin said on Wednesday it issued 1.35 million marka ($728,500/690,200 euro) worth of fixed-rate three-year notes, below its 2 million marka target.
The company issued 13,505 notes at a price of 100 marka each, equal to their par value, it said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
The debt paper carries an annual interest rate of 7.50%, with interest payments to be made monthly, Pro Fin said in an earlier filing.
Pro Fin issued securities worth 1.8 million marka at 7.50% annual interest rate in November 2021 after issuing 1.6 million marka worth of notes bearing interest rate of 8% in June. Both issues have a term to maturity of three years.
Pro Fin, established in 2017, offers microloans to entrepreneurs and small companies.
