SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), September 17 (SeeNews) – Bosnia’s Privredna Banka Sarajevo [SAJ:BORBN] has launched a tender for the sale of its former headquarters building in Sarajevo for 9 million marka ($5.1 million/4.6 million euro), it said.
The five-storey building has an area of more than 3,800 square metres, the bank said in an tender notice on Monday.
Apart from the price, the best offer will be the one which gives the bank the option to keep some 150 square metres on the building's ground floor.
The deadline for submitting bids is 30 days from the announcement date.
