September 8 (SeeNews) - Bosnian construction company Prijedorputevi [BANJ:PDPT-L1] said on Friday that it slightly raised its stake in local insurer Krajina Osiguranje [BANJ:KROS-R-A] to 68.25262% from 68.222696% following a buyout bid for the company.
Shareholders in Krajina Osiguranje holding a 0.029924% stake among themselves accepted Prijedorputevi's buyout bid, the bidder said in a bourse filing.

Prijedorputevi offered 0.414 marka ($0.22/0.21 euro) per each Krajina Osiguranje share in the buyout bid launched in late July.
The construction company became obliged to launch a buyout offer for Krajina Osiguranje after raising its stake in the company to 68.2% on June 27. Prijedorputevi had a 45.2% stake in Krajina Osiguranje on June 22, according to earlier available data on the BLSE.
Krajina Osiguranje's capital consists of 11,830,000 ordinary shares, each with a par value of 1 marka.
The insurer's shares last traded on the BLSE on October 21, closing 80.7% lower at 0.193 marka.
