July 8 (SeeNews) - Bosnian provider of motor vehicle inspection services Premium Finance [BANJ:PRFN-R-A] has listed its shares on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange, the bourse operator said.
Trading in the shares of Premium Finance will start on July 9, the Banja Luka bourse said in a statement on Tuesday.
A total of 1,000 Premium Finance shares of 100 marka ($58/51 euro) in par value each will be available for trading.
Premium Finance was established in September 2018. Its sole owner is Banja Luka-based insurer Premium Osiguranje.
Premium Finance's net profit fell to 4,000 marka in 2019 from 11,000 marka a year earlier, as its operating profit declined to 5,200 marka from 12,200 marka.
The company's assets totalled 287,000 marka at the end of 2019. The number of its employees rose to 45 at the end of last year, from 6 a year earlier.
