March 14 (SeeNews) - Bosnian provider of motor vehicle inspection services Premium Finance [BANJ:PRFN-R-A] said it has issued 3,200 new shares worth a total of 320,000 marka ($175,192/163,613 euro), increasing its equity capital more than four times.
Following the transaction, Premium Finance's capital is divided into 4,200 shares of 100 marka in par value each, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The company's sole owner, local insurer Premium Osiguranje, is the buyer of all of the newly issued shares, Premium Finance said in an earlier bourse filing.
The stock has not traded on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange in the past year.
