May 25 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit organisation Prvo Penzionersko Mikrokreditno Drustvo (PPMKD) [BANJ:PPMK-R-A] said its shareholders approved a proposal to distribute a dividend of 2.82 marka ($1.5/1.4 euro) per share for 2022, slightly lower compared with the previous year.
PPMKD will pay out its entire 2022 net profit as dividend for that year, it said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company's net profit came in at 1.4 million marka in 2022, down 5.5% year-on-year.
PPMKD paid a dividend of 2.98 marka per share for 2021.
PPMKD is based in Banja Luka, the capital of Bosnia’s Serb Republic, one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other is the Federation.
