March 9 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina-based company ParkKing increased its stake in local transport firm Centrotrans [SAJ:CDCSR] to 5.2696% from 0.0674% after acquiring shares from individual investor Hajrudin Mulic, Centrotrans said on Thursday.
ParkKing acquired 6,326 shares in Centrotrans, representing a 5.2022% stake, from Mulic on March 3, Centrotrans said in a bourse filing.

Following the transaction, Mulic does not hold any shares in the transport company.
The shares switched hands in two transactions worth a total of 442,820 marka ($239,254/226,410 euro) on the Sarajevo bourse, bourse data shows.
Centrotrans' capital is divided into 121,603 shares with a par value of 70 marka each.
The company's largest shareholder is local car dealer Sejari with a 62.8% stake, Sarajevo bourse data updated on March 3 shows.
