March 17 (SeeNews) - Bosnian insurer Osiguranje Aura [BANJ:AURO-R-A] said on Friday its shareholders have approved a proposal to raise its capital by 1 million marka ($543,531/511,292 euro) through a new share issue.
The insurer will use undistributed profits from previous years to increase its capital by issuing 10,000 ordinary shares of 100 marka in par value each, the company said in a bourse filing.
The newly issued shares will be distributed to Osiguranje Aura's current shareholders.
The company's current capital of 6.25 million marka is divided into 62,500 shares of 100 marka in par value each.
Osiguranje Aura's shares have not traded on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) in the past year.
