July 6 (SeeNews) - Bosnian insurer Osiguranje Aura [BANJ:AURO-R-A] said on Wednesday its shareholders have approved a proposal to raise 1 million marka ($523,300/511,300 euro) through a new share issue.
The insurer intends to issue 10,000 ordinary shares of 100 marka in par value each, the company said in a bourse filing.
The company's current capital of 5.25 million marka is divided into 52,900 shares of 100 marka in par value each.
Osiguranje Aura's shares last traded on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) on August 31, when they closed flat at 108 marka.
