January 20 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's oil and petroleum company Optima Grupa said it is selling Modrica-based hotel and restaurant Majna, owned through its unit Rafinerija Ulja Modrica, and other properties located in Bjeljina, Brod and Pale.
Optima Grupa put up for sale hotel Majna at a starting price of 1.15 million marka ($667.2 million/588 million euro), while the Majna restaurant is offered at a starting price of 551,851 marka, according to a notice published on the company’s website on Wednesday.

The group is also selling two office spaces in Bjeljina and Pale owned through its unit Nestro Petrol at a starting price of 98,820 marka and 507,293 marka, respectively.
Furthermore, Optima Grupa offers for sale two office spaces in Brod owned through Rafinerija Nafte Brod at a starting price of 236,773 marka and 170,300 marka, respectively.
Interested parties can submit offers for the properties by February 2.
