April 12 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's OC Jahorina, the operator of the country's eponymous ski resort, will take out loans totalling 133.8 million marka ($74.3 million/68.4 million euro) to finance two investment projects in 2022, it said.
OC Jahorina plans to invest 96.9 million marka in the construction of a gondola lift and the remaining 36.9 million marka will be used for the reconstruction of the Igrishta ski resort, the company said in a notice on Monday.
The maximum loan repayment period should be ten years, including a three-year grace. They should bear an annual interest rate of no more than 4%.
OC Jahorina's shareholders approved the planned borrowing at a meeting held on April 4.
Jahorina, the largest ski resort in Bosnia and Herzegovina, hosted the Winter Olympics in 1984 when Bosnia was still part of the former Yugoslavia.
