July 6 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Nova Banka [BANJ:NOVB-R-E] said on Monday it plans to skip dividend distribution this year.
The lender's shareholders decided to retain 11.6 million marka ($6.7 million/5.9 million euro) of the company's profit for 2019 and allocate 609,000 marka to legal reserves, it said in a filing to the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
Nova Banka's net profit amounted to 12.2 million marka in 2019, up 14% year-on-year.
The bank's shares closed 1.21% higher at 0.5 marka on Friday. They did not trade at opening on Monday.
