September 20 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Nova Banka [BANJ:NOVB] said it is inviting investors to subscribe for its 37.6 million marka ($21 million/19 million euro) bond issue, which aims to support the lender's supplementary capital.
Nova Banka will issue 376,000 securities at 100 marka in par value each, it said in a public invitation published on the Banja Luka bourse website on Thursday.
The ten-year bonds will have a five-year grace period and a fixed annual interest of 3.0%. They will be offered for sale at their nominal value.
The subscription period will open on October 4 and will last 15 days.
The issue's success threshold is set at 60%.
Bosnian trade company MG Mind is the largest single shareholder in Nova Banka with a 29% stake, while the remainder belongs to small shareholders.
The lender's shares traded down 1.67% at 0.582 marka on the Banka Luka bourse by 1330 CET on Friday.
