January 20 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's NOA Group plans to build a 175 million marka ($108.4 million/89.5 million euro) luxury mixed use complex in Sarajevo spreading on 135,000 square metres, local media reported on Wednesday.
The complex will include a shopping mall, a five-star hotel with 220 rooms, office spaces and 37,000 sq m of luxury apartments, news portal eKapija.com reported.
Construction works are planned to start by the middle of 2022 and take three and a half years to complete, NOA Group CEO, Nermin Hubic, was quoted as saying.
Project financing has been secured from international financial institutions, Hubic added, without elaborating.
