May 30 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's NLB Banka Sarajevo [SAJ:TZLBRK2], owned by Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), said on Tuesday it will distribute a dividend of 39.19 marka ($21.5/20 euro) per each ordinary share for 2022.
NLB Banka Sarajevo's shareholders approved the dividend distribution proposal at a meeting held on May 25, the lender in a bourse filing.
The bank paid out a dividend of 38.72 marka per share for 2021.
NLB Banka Sarajevo's net profit rose to 19.9 million marka in 2022 from 13 million marka a year earlier.
Its shares last traded on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange on April 13, when they closed flat at 438.75 marka.
NLB Banka is based in Sarajevo, in Bosnia's Federation entity.
Bosnia and Herzegovina is made up of two autonomous entities - the Federation and the Serb Republic. NLB has another subsidiary in Bosnia, which is based in Banja Luka, in the Serb Republic.
